Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 16, 2026
RevIQ Health ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard information when you visit our website (reviqhealth.com), contact us, or choose to receive our optional SMS/MMS messages.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide when you contact us or request a revenue review, including your name, organization, email address, phone number, message, and other information you choose to submit. We also collect your separate choices for marketing SMS/MMS consent and customer-care SMS/MMS consent. Please do not submit patient information or Protected Health Information (PHI) through the public website or an SMS/MMS message.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, provide requested information, operate and improve the website, support our services, and protect the security of our systems. We use phone numbers and SMS/MMS choices for the messaging purposes described below, and do not treat a general agreement to be contacted as SMS/MMS permission.
Optional SMS/MMS Program
Marketing SMS/MMS and customer-care SMS/MMS are separate, optional choices. Marketing messages may concern RevIQ Health services, resources, revenue-cycle solutions, and promotional offers. Customer-care messages are non-marketing messages about an inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, and requested information.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact hello@reviqhealth.com.
We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data, including phone numbers collected for SMS messaging, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not share SMS/MMS opt-in data or consent for unrelated purposes. We may share limited information and consent status with service providers only as needed to deliver requested messages and related messaging operations; those providers are limited to that messaging-delivery function.
Analytics and Communications
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, usage, and performance. We may use Aircall to support communications with people who contact us, such as call handling and related communication records. These tools are used for their respective website-analytics and communications purposes; neither statement expands the purpose of an SMS/MMS consent choice.
Retention and Security
We retain information, including SMS/MMS choices, for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, to maintain records, resolve questions, and meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, subject to applicable limitations. You may withdraw either SMS/MMS consent at any time by replying STOP to the relevant messages or by contacting hello@reviqhealth.com. Withdrawing SMS/MMS consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may also manage applicable browser or device choices for analytics.
PHI and HIPAA Notice
The public website and SMS/MMS program are not intended for collecting or transmitting PHI. Do not submit PHI through a website form or SMS/MMS. We make no absolute HIPAA, security, or confidentiality guarantee for information sent through these public channels. If you have questions about this policy or how to share information, contact hello@reviqhealth.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
