These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and RevIQ Health, concerning your access to and use of the reviqhealth.com website.

Use of the Site

The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where that distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. You are responsible for using the Site lawfully and for providing information that you are authorized to provide.

SMS Terms of Service

Sending brand and program: RevIQ Health — RevIQ Health SMS/MMS Program.

Program purpose: Marketing SMS/MMS may include messages about RevIQ Health services, resources, revenue-cycle solutions, and promotional offers. Customer-care SMS/MMS is non-marketing messaging about your inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, and requested information.

Consent: Marketing and customer-care messaging are separate, optional choices. Selecting one does not select the other. SMS/MMS consent is not required to purchase services. A general agreement to be contacted does not grant SMS/MMS permission.

Frequency and rates: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Help and customer care: Reply HELP to a message for assistance, or email hello@reviqhealth.com.

Opt out: Reply STOP to a message to opt out of SMS/MMS messaging. You may also contact hello@reviqhealth.com to request withdrawal of your SMS/MMS consent.

Privacy: We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data, including phone numbers collected for SMS messaging, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by circumstances outside RevIQ Health's control.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

PHI and Healthcare Information

The public website and SMS/MMS program are not intended for collecting or transmitting Protected Health Information (PHI). Do not submit PHI through the Site or by SMS/MMS. No absolute HIPAA, security, or confidentiality guarantee is made for information sent through these public channels.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the Site and our services will be at your sole risk. We do not guarantee that the Site or any message will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or available at every time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update means that you acknowledge the revised Terms.
