Resources / Revenue Intelligence
A reference library for revenue cycles that aren't simple.
Practical, sourced guidance on denials, authorizations, and payer requirements for ABA, behavioral health, home health, and hospice revenue-cycle teams. Built to be bookmarked, not skimmed.
The first articles are in editorial review.
We would rather publish nothing than publish payer guidance we have not verified. Articles appear here once they meet the editorial standards below. In the meantime, our specialty and capability pages cover how these problems show up and how RevIQ approaches them.
Payer Intelligence Center
Answers to the payer questions your team searches for
This knowledge center will publish payer-specific billing and authorization requirements for our specialties. Each entry will cite the payer's own documentation and show the date it was last reviewed.
Payer names are omitted until verified, sourced content is published. RevIQ does not publish paraphrased or unverified payer policy.
Editorial standards
How RevIQ content is sourced and reviewed
Authoritative sources only
Payer-specific content is based on current documentation published by the payer or government program, such as provider manuals, medical policies, bulletins, and CMS or MAC guidance.
Source and date reviewed on every payer article
Each payer-specific article lists its sources and the date each source was last reviewed, so readers can judge currency.
Named authorship and review
Articles identify who wrote them and, where applicable, who reviewed them for revenue-cycle accuracy.
Updates are dated, not hidden
When requirements change, articles are updated and the updated date is shown alongside the original publication date.
Reimbursement support, not clinical advice
Content addresses billing, authorization, and reimbursement. It does not provide medical or legal advice.
No invented policy
If a requirement cannot be verified from an authoritative source, it is not published.
Revenue Audit
Have a payer problem that isn't in the library yet?
Bring it to a revenue audit. RevIQ will look at the denials, authorizations, and payer requirements behind it, and tell you plainly what is recoverable.
